Animal protection groups were notified that barks and squeals can be
heard from the sewer. When they came to investigate, they found a dog
inside and managed to take it out. The dog was unharmed but escaped the
rescuers which wanted to examine and clean the dog.



Citizens are asked to provide information about the sick moron who did this and help his capture.
